A client was struggling to demonstrate their new product's compliance with OEM standards and legal requirements. As a Systems Engineering consultant, I was tasked with analysing the product and leading the implementation of a comprehensive compliance evidence realisation process. I conducted a thorough analysis of relevant regulations and OEM standards to extract applicable requirements. These requirements were then mapped to the appropriate product artefacts to ensure traceability. I also facilitated effective communication between the client and their customer to clarify ambiguities and address potential compliance gaps. Within six months, I successfully delivered a complete compliance package, including a comprehensive traceability matrix and a significant number of identified nonconformities that were previously unknown by either of them.

Continental Automotive were awarded a contract to produce a TPMS system for JLR. Engaged as Systems Technical Project Leader to deliver a system. Scoped system requirements; produced detailed implementation plan; instilled project governance and drove delivery of solution; reviewed system architecture with development team; managed resource allocation and reporting; managed testing and quality assurance audit of final solution fitted to a vehicle. Successfully delivered a TPMS system achieving customer quality requirement of ASPICE target 3.
